Enrolment : Please complete the following form.  Successful applicants will receive a confirmation via e-mail.  Please print the e-mail for admission for the event.
*No parking facility will be available. Parents are advised to use public transport.
*In the case of adverse weather warnings issued at 6:00a.m., leading to school closure, the event will be postponed to the following Saturday (10th Sept.) same time, same place.

報名手續：請填妥下列表格, 成功報名後會收到確定電郵，煩請列印電郵內容作當天入座之用。

* 當天本校不會提供泊車位，家長請盡量使用公共交通工具到校。
* 如當天早上六時懸掛八號或以上風球，或紅雨、黑雨警告，簡介會將延期至9月10日(星期六)同樣時間及地點舉行。
