A. Fees are to be paid within first week of each month, for a total of 10 months. Fees are calculated after deduction of holidays, paid in 10 installments. 車費須於每月第一個星期內繳交，每年共須繳付十個月。車費乃扣除假期後計算，分十期繳交
B. After disusing the service, applications have to be made with the school for renewing the service. Acceptance of the application rests with the service provider. 學生如中途無故停止乘搭，事後要求車主重新提供接載服務，須重新向校方 申請，而車主有權決定是否接載。
C. Fees for special Extra-curricular Activities arrangements can be paid per term or per month (within the first week of each month) 課外活動車費可以每學期一次過繳交或每月繳交(每月第一個星期繳費)。
D. Starting from September 04, each school bus is provided with an escort to look after the children and keep discipline during the trip. 由二○○四年九月起，每輛校車均增設「跟車保母」一名，以便更全面照 顧乘車學童及維持車上秩序。
