(The school office will be closed on all Public Holidays)

Application Procedure

Please submit / mail the following to the school's office together with the application form:

  • Photocopies of birth certificate ( H.K. born ) / travel document ( non H.K. born )
  • 2 recent photos
  • 2 self addressed envelopes (one in A4 size and stamped for $4.00, the other
         ordinary envelope and stamped for $1.40)
  • Photocopy of latest school report card
  • Application fee : HK$200.00 ( Crossed cheque made payable to 'St. Stephen's
         College' )
  • A portfolio with maximum Five A4 pages could be included along with the
         application (optional)

Examination / Interview

Following details are to be noted by the candidates:

  • Candidates have to take English, Chinese and Mathematics
         written examination
  • Each examination will be of 30 minutes
  • The Mathematics paper will be in ENGLISH
  • An interview will be conducted in PUTONGHUA for all the
         candidates

*Please note that for Primary two to six, the medium of instruction for Mathematics and General Studies is ENGLISH and the medium of instruction for Chinese is PUTONGHUA

  • Candidates have to sit for a written examination for English,
         Chinese and Mathematics
  • Candidates will be allowed 45 minutes to write each paper
  • The Mathematics paper will be set in ENGLISH
  • Candidates will be required to attend an INTERVIEW in
         ENGLISH and PUTONGHUA

*Please note that the medium of instruction for Mathematics and General Studies is ENGLISH and the medium of instruction for Chinese is PUTONGHUA for these grades

School Fee

School Fee for year 2011-2012 is $65,000 per annum.
** One-year Boarding is compulsory for G6 Students. Boarding fee for 2011-2012 is $28,000 per annum.
